how do people on ranches…?
earn money for a living? If they are on a ranch in like Montana or something do they still have to work a day job with their ranch? Do they sell the animals? dumb question but i dont know how ranch owners get money! sorry…
My father had a ranch. He would work a day job as a trucker and leave my stepmother to run the ranch. He didn’t care for the ranch but would buy and sell anything he saw profit in from llama to bloodhounds.
My stepmother didn’t care for people so she loved staying at the ranch and looking after all the animals. She always intended to make money from selling them but in reality rarely did. She made some money from rodeo’s and some from horse-riding and boarding other people’s horses, but not really enough to live on.
Professional ranches are usually cattle ranches where you raise them and sell them as quick as you can to turn a profit
