Where can i buy Duck meat?
Without going to a specialty store? I wanna try making a turducken… But the only place i know of in my area to buy a duck is a place called 99 ranch. And that’s over an hour away. I live in the bay area california, Right between san fran and sacramento. Is there a specific type of store i can go to? A Raleys or Belaire a Lucky’s…?
Or do i need to look into maybe an asian market type store? Does anyone have any idea where to look?
I’m on the east coast, but I’ve purchased duck meat at Costco (should be lots in your area), BJ’s wholesale, and various asian supermarkets such as H-mart and Lotte.
