Is this a good diet? Please help!?

I have 13 years and is in 8th grade. Im 5 feet and weigh 127 pounds. Can you please tell me if this is a good diet plan? IN THE MORN.-strawberry yogurt at lunch, (at school) – a sandwich on white bread maynnonsie, turkey, and ice burg lettece it. Also, with a bunch of carrots with ranch dressing. FOR DINNER, what my mom cooks, but I only choose healthy things and have smaller protion. EXERCISE DE-when I get home from school i CAM around my neighberhood all together. on her a mile and a half. Is this a good diet plan? Is there something I need to change? Thanks soo much! ** I will choose a best answer **

Sounds like a good start, but make sure you have plenty of water in there too. If you eat 2000 calories a day, activity level, weight and height that you keep your weight because you're a girl that fluctuate up and down a bit, but it will be or less constant.
