sorry, i cant get a closer shot or anything. this is just a random photo i saw on wikipedia and thought those flowers looked nice.
That is Verbena. A good one with that color is Verbena ‘Tapien Blue Violet’, see these links:

This plant not only makes a great ground cover, but it also does well in hanging baskets.
