People everywhere are invited to come to Loretta Lynns Ranch in Hurricane Mills for three days of camping, food and fun in October 2-4. The October Festival at Loretta Lynns Ranch is several events in one. Its 3 days of live musical performances, dance classes, Door Prizes. Canned Goods and Foot judge. Games booths and more.

Songwriters from the novice to the professional share their original songs in several outdoor stages. Writers Views past, present and future will be presenting his songs with live music. There are open Wranglers Sing Rings that song can join or start. A co-writers on the Corner place to write and share a new tune. If ya can not sleep even after closing all stages there is an after-Sing Camp Fire Ring on the stream. The Festival welcomes all forms of composition. Everyone who comes will have the opportunity to share their original lyrics, songs or music.

You You may also register to attend the 3 days of classes from all over the art and business of being a composer. Pro instructors who have been there, done that, share his secrets and personal experiences about what it takes to succeed in the music business. Or attend all the parties.

There will be bands dance on Friday and Saturday night with door prizes. Sunday morning to evening is the Gospel and Contemporary Christian song. Sign your church group or people to come sing and play.

There will be canned and Foot Home Products competition judge. Register your Pickles, Bean Relish, green beans, jellies and other homemade canned products a chance in the Blue Ribbon and other awards. Apple, Peach and pumpkin pies will also be judged.

Try your luck at the spit watermelon seeds, Skillet Toss, Golf Chip Shot, Horseshoe Toss, Ugly Contest, Balloon Toss and other family activities. Arts, Crafts and Music booths of all kinds will be on hand for your pleasure of navigation.
