Castle Country is located in southern Utah, that offers varied landscapes, canyons and deserts. Visitors can enjoy the adventure and winter activities it offers.

San Rafael Swell is one of the undiscovered natural wonders of the Western Americas. It has about 2,000 square kilometers of the famous department mazes sandstone formations, canyons, desert landscapes and streams. There is also Cleveland Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry. It is a natural landmark that became one of the leading global provider of dinosaur fossils. The site offers guided tours and walks of dinosaurs in the area.

San Rafael Museum is worth visiting. The paleontology room shows many dinosaurs found along the hills of the country del Castillo. You can learn about minerals, animals, Indian history and artifacts.

There are also recreational areas in Castle Country for the whole family. Visit the Huntington-Eccles National Scenic Byway. It is also called the bond energy due to the coal mines along the mountainous terrain. It is the fuel source of the Lake and Huntington Electric Power Plant.

Visitors can see thousands of species of plants and do some winter sports here. Walking can be done along the streams crystal clear water, crossing the loop or showing high mountain trails and canyons.
