Any opinions on Hillcrest Ranches in Williams, AZ?

looking into a land sale called hillcrest ranches. 40 acre parcels at 1375 per acre minutes away from kaibab national forest , and near flasgstaff az.

well I hate that town. Idont know what you plan to do up there with it, but its a really quite town. like theres people and touirst but it has a weird erie feeling.

Old stuff everywhere, some stores and schools but everyone knows of each other.. and everyone is someones cousin, if you know what I mean.
