Lite Ranch Calories
Should I feel bad about what I’ve eaten today?
I feel really guilty because I’m trying to lose weight..
• Breakfast:
2 Pancakes with 1/4 cup of lite maple syrup.
Glass of ice water.
• Lunch:
One package of beef ramen noodles.
One can of Diet Mountain Dew.
Medium Strawberry Milkshake (from McDonalds)
• Dinner:
Lee’s Double Dippers Dinner (6 Chicken dippers, Potatoe Wedges, Biscuit) along with three ranches dippings.
Medium diet pepsi to drink.
Palm-full of Skittles.
What can I do to burn off some extra calories?
no, just consider today a funday! lol when you’re trying to lose weight u just have to accept mistakes sometimes!
