Is Pine Mill Ranch a nice subdiviosion to live in Katy, TX?

Are there any nice parks around there? I it a nic e neighhborhood. Let me know other subdivisions i Katy that are nice and what to stay away from?

You can find more established communities nearby such as Seven Meadows, Grand Lakes, Cinco Ranch, Falcon Rach, Firethorne etc. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with any of them. As for which one to stay away from, the general rule of thumb is to stay way from neighborhoods north of I-10, although home price maybe 5-10% lower. You get what you paid for.
