What is the best place to find real estate ranches and horse farms in the California area?
I need to know as I would like move myself and my horses to a place close to Los Angeles within 10 miles
Let me clarify this … want to buy a ranch 10 miles from LA? Sorry, not gonna happen. All real estate within 50 miles of downtown is filled with urban or suburban expansion. You need to decide which city you want live nearby, and Google's estate in the area. Most areas around here are not zoned for horses. Closest to Los Angeles is Chatsworth, Yorba Linda, and Santa Clarita. You can search Burbank / Toluca Lake, but you will pay around a million hectares less thana quarter there. Prices do not really comes down until it comes past Corona, or Menifee. Good luck.
