People over age, if you had won the Ballon energy 232 million, what would you do with the 88 million take home?
A 23 year-old son of a poor rancher N Dakota won the recent Power Ball. The farm of his familys' has faced foreclosure and many thousands behind in payments. He said he owes the people to take his family, and intends to do to them three times. He also plans to buy his own ranch and in existence. I'm glad so needy family is now going to be easier to breathe for the first time in their lives. Thinking like that older people do, about responsibility and honesty, What would you do with that amount, knowing he had a few years? Would you never end a vacation? Or they put most of it good use? I'm interested in hearing your responses mature.
Easy answer. The first thing I would do is pay off all debts to my kids then buy everyone a home of their own and give them some money. Then I would buy a house, invest part of a "rainy day" and then go looking for people to help. I would like find families with battered old cars and buy new ones. I would buy a lot of houses and to lease cheap land for low income and funding research into things like autism, diabetes, heart disease, etc. So I would like to make a trip to a third world country and help put wells, building schools and health centers. Things like that. You know the old saying. The funds did everything for everyone.
