Ranch Left Out
What do I do with all this ranch dip?
I took home an untouched vegetable tray that was left over from a function that I attended. I’ve eaten all the vegetables, but it also included an unopened tub of ranch dip. What should I do with this stuff? I hate to throw food out, but I don’t really like to use ranch it on salads. Any ideas about something good that I can make with it? I was thinking of throwing some into a soup or casserole of some kind, but I have no ideas.
I usually use the ranch dip packets and cream cheese for this recipe but I see no reason not to try it with the dip you are talking about.
Veggie pizza is really good. My friends call it veggie cocaine.
Take a pack of crescent rolls and roll them out across a pan and flatten them all together like a pizza crust. Bake it. After it cools spread on the ranch dip and then cut up broccoli, tomatoes or any other veggie you might want. Then top with a bit of sharp cheddar cheese.
