How to start a brothel in Nevada?

I live in DC but the wifey and I are thinking about moving to Nevada and starting a brothel. We’ve been inspired by stories like “The Bunny Ranch” and are really interested!! If anyone can direct us to a state link or has any info on getting started it would be most appriciated.

I would check out the business license office…but brothels are not legal in clark county…that is why all the ranches are far from Las Vegas_
