Ranch Provincetown
When will MA voters see the light and retire Barney Frank to his gerbil ranch at Provincetown?
He personally played a part in the financial meltdown by encouraging Fannie Mae to continue making bad loans. He was diddling Fannie Mae executive Herb Moses right through this period.

Accurate assessment – will never be hounded as he is in a “minority of minorities” (gay congressman)….but that’s burying the lead…..
The MSM wont go there; that is the constituency they play to/get votes from/dupe/deceive.
The dumbed down media, along with an ignorant public (in Mass. citizens case, Frank profits from the “Robert Byrd Syndrome” (no matter what he does wrong, he gets re-elected – period) – let Barney off the hook ,preferring to spread blame on the entire congress (which it should as well, but……)
Frank has some YouTube zowies that cannot be explained away. I don’t care HOW good a wordsmith you are.
Opening up credit to lower quality debtors – no matter what the reason – is always a bad choice.
Idealistic (read Liberal) Keynesian theories abound as to the validity of capitalism – something the left treats as a nasty habit (thus explaining the limousine mentality exhibited by some). Frank never has been able (in my mind) to explain his actions, or give proof as to his own deflections that is was Bush – when it started with Carter, and was pushed along by Clinton, then Bush – by that time – had to play along.
(Really, if we’re all being honest here, anointing Chris Cox as the SEC Chief was like installing a snooze alarm on the agency).
That’s a Bush error…big time. Madoff was a distraction to the general public, looking for a “face” of the downturn/crash. There is a rogues’ gallery of guilty parties here…………lots. Both sides of the aisle, but leaning heavily left.
Blame is to be all around – but Frank was at the helm – one of the leaders for CRA – and he should pay the price.
We deserve better leadership.
