Can someone please help me get information on this house PLEASE!?

I want to move to a wonderful house in Phillips Ranch. The address is 12 Turn Post Ln. Phillips Ranch California 91766. The house looks great but the people living around the house move in and move out fast. The house has been sold many times and sometimes I think something is wrong with it. I have tried to get information on it but I can’t find anything. I asked my real estate guy and he couldn’t find anything either. So if you can please send information on the house if you find some I would appreciate it Thanks.

The house was last sold in September for 279.500. The estimated value of the house is 422.000. It sits among higher priced homes which means that the previous owner may have been forced to sell it (pre-foreclosure or other unpaid deeds).On a second look seems this was the case:The last transaction before is over $500.000 and the previous owner sold it $100.000 more than what he bought it.Which means the next buyer overpaid and he lost it to the lender.
If I were you and being serious about buying this house, I’d stop by and talk to the next door neighbors. I’d get to know them first and find out any problems in the neighborhood.
After all the only thing you can change is your home, the neighborhood will always be the same.
