Ranch Snack Wrap Calories
Did I screw up my diet today?
I was doing good. I had a cup of applesauce for breakfast (100 calories) I had a half a cup for snack (50 Calories) A lean cuisine meal for lunch (350 Calories) and a wrap with lettuce and tomato and ranch dressing. I was going to stop there but I ate like a whole package of rice cakes after that di you think I screwed up for the whole day?
Not really because your breakfast was clearly too small. Just have a light dinner and do some exercise. FOCUS next time. Remember the feeling of losing the weight will be better than any taste.
