Summer ranch hand job?

I live in Dallas, TX, and I’m a 16 year old girl but I want to work on a ranch this coming summer. I’m in good shape and up for doing physical labor, and I’d love to have the experience working on a ranch. I’m not afraid to get my hair messed up or whatever, so I was wondering- how exactly can I find a ranch in Texas to work at over the summer? I don’t exactly have the most experience. I’ve ridden horses a couple times and I have a friend that has riding lessons so I could always learn from her. And the ranch my friend goes to isn’t an option for me to work at. Any ideas? Everythings appreciated, but please don’t tell me I can’t do it because I’m a girl or anything else. I know I’m more than capable of pushing myself.
I didn’t post it with the intention of it sounding dirty, so grow up. I posted the question for a legitimate answer.

Please fix the title if you can. It sounds dirty. You can always go on Google and search “Ranches in Dallas Texas” and then ask them if they need any help around the ranch.
