I recently hit my head on the roof of a golf cart…?

Its a ranching golfcart with a seat in the back for 2 people. me and 2 friends go out into a field with it, and my friend driving rolls over a little ditch which causes us to do a wheelie, now, there is a metal thing used for curtains or mud/ rain protectors or something like that, anyway my head hit the semi-sharp point of that metal thing and now I have a big bump in the back of my head, I also noticed that my vision is…different. Shoulc I visit an eye doctor?
