Health regiment?? need guidence plz!!!! real answers plz?

im 16 years old
i weight around 200 lbs
im 5’7
this is what i eat through out the week
i want to lose weight and gain muscle
monday-friday
breakfast-meal replacement/protein bar
lunch-salad w/ham, cheese and ranch
dinner-lean/baked meat(chicken or beef)

i workout mon, weds, and fri
ex) bench, squat, cleans, etc
also i run around a half mile for track (thrower) everyday
i drink Gold Standard shakes half before i work out and half after

is there anything that i can do to help see results faster? is there anyway to work/eat more efficiently?
what if i drink milk with the meal replacement bar and drink a bottle of water with my salad, will that help? also should i eat more snacks to balance out my eating habits?

RU doing Atkins? It looks like you’re doing some kind of low carb diet. Skip the meal replacement bar, and eat a real breakfast. What about some eggs? Hardboiled would be easy to take with you.

You should eat small snacks in between your meal, maybe a piece of string cheese? Nuts? Fruit? This will help keep your metabolism up.

It really doesn’t look like you’re eating very much to tell you the truth. You didn’t specify quantity, but from what I picture in my mind, it doesn’t seem like a enough to fill me up. Plus you’re an exerciser, you need more! Eat more veggies!
