Salmon Ranching

Is eating ketchup with tuna throwing off my muscle building diet?

I have been alternating between lifting weights and running everyday, along with eating high protein foods like fish. As of now, I am going to the gym every other day (3 times a week) and running 2 miles at 10 mph after the workout. Then the following day, I run 5 miles on the street (no treadmill to regulate speed). For lunch at school, I eat tuna with ketchup- I love fish, but the tuna needs some flavoring. Is it bad to put ketchup on the tuna… a lot? I can probably answer my other question- stay away from the ranch…? And for any other recommendations that you have for building muscle/abs, here is what I have been eating:
Morning: 3 packets of Oatmeal with Flax Seed
Lunch: Carrots, Tuna, Grapes, Strawberries
Dinner: Salmon (with parmisean cheese- bad?)
-I drink 100% blend O.S. Cranberry Juice and water with all of these, and celery near the end of the day.
I am not up for the pill thing… but got any ideas?
Any addtional recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Cheese isnt the best, find a LF one

Ketchup should nto be hurting you

Ranch is my downfall… make your own with LF stuff or start getting use to light.. or FF..

juice has a lot of calories… find a light or cut it out, go to fresh or frzn fruits

are you eating enough calories in a day? make sure your arent shocking your system, you need enough food to take care of what you are doing and maintain your weight before you can build a lot of muscle.

also, salmon is a fatty fish.. try tilapia, and some others..
