Is this garden route possible in one day?

I’d like to drive a rental from PE to Oudtshoorn, ride the ostrich and pet the cubs at the ranch and then drive to Cape Town.

Is this possible in one day? Its fine if the Oudt to Cape Town segment is in the dark.

Yes it is but I would rather do it in 2 days, it is about 3:30 to 4:00 hours from Pe to Oudtshoorn, to ride an ostrich is going to take at least 2 hours, are you talking about the white tiger cubs at the Kango Wild life ranch? Well it is so nice there you can spend a whole day there, then from Oudtshoorn to cape Town is about another 4 hours drive. It is so scenic and beautiful, there are so many guesthouses and things to sees. It is one of the most beautiful routes in SA, rather take 2 days.
