By TOM BALOG Kaitlyn Kerrigan’s two penalty kicks sent the Lakewood Ranch girls soccer team to the state finals for the first time in school history Saturday night, giving the Lady Mustangs a 2-1 penalty kick victory over Naples Barron Collier in the Class 4A-Region 3 final.
