I need help with a genuine issue of marketing of goods. All professional and nonprofessional opions welcome?

So here is. I live in a small town in western Montana. Population 500 in the city / 1200 on the results skirts. The last 100 years has been the livestock / farm land. We are now to begin the development process. The city where I live has been in the less expensive side for a long time. This is a town in the midst of booking million dollar ranches, properties, lake and plenty of outdoor activities. 7 years ago houses in this city were 11-80K. now range 50-200. We have been trying to sell our house for 3 years. We were listed with an agency all the time. We had a great agent. Finally we decided to gut our price on the floor, and go FSBO. Now, we find that we're not selling, because people who come here to buy, which are few and far between, still want to buy at 100K. What can do! I am in my trial ends. I do not know if it will help, but you can put in real estate websites like Trulia Adoos classified Yahoo, Lycos classifieds, craigslist etc. I put all of my list these sites and get some traffic from them. Normally, if a property is listed at or near market value will be sold. Maybe are priced a bit high for the area. Good Luck http://www.uthomelist.com
