USA 4 weeks search work guestfamily Help!!!?

Hi, my name is Fabian from Germany. I wrote my schooltests and hopely get my Abitur. At the moment I have a lot of free time and nothing much to do. So I want to go outside Germany to get a better knowledge of the language. I love the USA so much and want to go the USA again. Last year I was in NYC and it was fantastic. Do you know guestfamilies who takes people. I will help in nationalparcs at Ranches. I want to make my dreams come true. I search a place where I can be there for four weeks. Everywhere in the USA. Please answer.
