Working Ranch Vacations

Looking for a dude ranch vacation site?

There are five of us in the family. My dad is a beginner and not very comfortable on horses. My little sister is thirteen and has ridden a small amount. My 17 year old sister and I are experienced riders (walk, trot/jog, canter/lope, trails, jumped, etc.) My mom is as well but also a little nervous sometimes on horses. Guided trails would be good, but also the opportunity for real ranch work or free-time riding would nice for the more experienced riders. Please tell me if you know of anywhere such as this.
